Report Genuine Civic Issues
Users should report issues related to public infrastructure, services, or environmental conditions, such as:

- Waste management problems
- Streetlight failures
- Drainage or water leakage
- Public infrastructure damage
The platform is intended for non-emergency civic reporting.
Provide Accurate Information
When submitting a report:
- Upload clear and relevant photos
- Provide accurate descriptions of the issue
- Ensure the correct location of the problem
False or misleading reports reduce the effectiveness of the platform and may be removed.
Respect Privacy
Users should avoid uploading content that includes:
- Identifiable images of individuals without consent

The platform is designed for reporting issues, not individuals.
No Offensive or Illegal Content
Reports containing the following may be removed:

Repeated misuse of the platform may result in restricted access.

i-Witness is not intended for emergency situations.
